These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website pakrox.com and the software products and services provided by Pakrox Solutions (“Pakrox”, “we”, “us”), headquartered in Jhang, Pakistan. By using our website, products or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Pakrox provides business software (including Pakrox Resto and Pakrox ERP), custom software development, websites, eCommerce solutions, mobile apps, cloud services and related support. The exact scope, timeline and price of any project or subscription is set out in a proposal, quotation, order or agreement between you and Pakrox (“Agreement”). If an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement applies.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the users you add to your account and the permissions you give them.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly, yearly or as a one-time (lifetime) licence, as shown at the time of purchase or in your Agreement.
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- If a payment is overdue, we may suspend access after giving you notice.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use our software for any unlawful purpose or to process data you have no right to process;
- attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, resell or sub-license our software except as allowed in your Agreement;
- interfere with the security or performance of our systems;
- share your account with people outside your organisation.
Your data
You own the business data you enter into our products. You give Pakrox permission to store and process it only to provide, support and improve the service. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We take regular backups, but you are responsible for checking that the information you enter is correct and for keeping your own copies of important records where required.
Custom development
For custom projects, ownership of deliverables, intellectual property, payment milestones and acceptance are defined in the project Agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, Pakrox keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries and product code, and grants you a licence to use them as part of your solution.
Support and availability
We aim to keep our services available and to respond to support requests promptly, according to your plan or Agreement. Planned maintenance, internet outages and events outside our control may cause interruptions. Where our products work offline, local operations can continue during connectivity problems.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakrox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Pakrox for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these Terms and do not fix the breach after notice. On termination, you can request an export of your business data within 30 days.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
