The Dashboard is the first screen in Pakrox ERP. It shows how your business is doing at a glance.
Choose a date range
Use the tabs at the top to change the period: Today, Yesterday, 7 Days, 30 Days, This Month, All Time or Custom. Every number on the dashboard updates for the selected period.
Summary cards

| Total Sales | Sales for the period and number of orders |
| Returns & Discounts | Value of returns and discounts given |
| Net Profit | Profit after costs, with gross and net margin |
| Total Orders | Orders split into cash, card, credit and split payments |
Detailed breakdowns
- Total Sales — cash sales, card sales, credit (udhaar), split payments and discount given.
- Returns — return orders, sales orders, return rate and net amount after returns.
- Cost & Expenses — cost of items sold (COGS), operating expenses, purchases received and expense entries.
- Net Profit — net sales, minus cost of goods sold, gives gross margin; minus operating expenses gives net profit.
Business totals
The bottom row shows inventory value, customer receivables, supplier payables, and the total number of products, customers and suppliers.
Revenue & profit trend
The chart at the bottom shows revenue and profit over time. Switch between Revenue Only and Both.
